Looking for music

we have started to search for music to make a music video for. we are looking for a songs on sites such and new ground and unsigned.com. We are also looking for artists on youtube as there are many music related channels on youtube. As  for the type of song we are looking for, indie music is the genre of music that was suggested to us to look at, this was because the music is generally up beat and the lyrics are simple to follow. This would allow us to do a wide range of editing and would help when it came to lip syncing. However we are looking at an artist named Scroobius pip. his style of music is an alternative rap. Although we were told to avoid rap, Scroobius pips music is a slower tempo and more followable than the majority of rap songs
